Please note that residents of rest homes, private hospitals or other commercial residential facilities are not eligible to subscribe to the St John Supporter Scheme. Residents of retirement villages, who are in independent living accommodation, are eligible to subscribe to and benefit from the Scheme subject to the medical alarm activation exclusion in clause 2.3 c of the Scheme terms and conditions.
