This course is designed for health professionals requiring resuscitation training to the New Zealand Resuscitation Council’s Level 4.
Health professionals who usually need Level 4 include those exposed to resuscitation events and who have already received basic health related training. These people include nursing graduates, anaesthesia technicians, radiographers and other hospital and community health trained support staff.
Attendees need to be registered nurses, medical practitioners or people who have the skills contained in the course as part of their scope of practice. It is expected that students are familiar with the scopes of Level 1 – 3 Resuscitation.
