The St John Eye Hospital of Jerusalem (formerly the St John Ophthalmic Hospital) is a centre of excellence providing ophthalmic care of high quality and relevance to the people of the Holy Land irrespective of race, creed, social class or ability to pay. The Hospital is one of the Order of St John's two Foundations and has operated in the service of mankind since 1882.

St John worldwide supports the Hospital and in New Zealand Hospitaller Club members raise money through a wide variety of initiatives and events to support the work of the Hospital in Jerusalem.
