Jeremy Gooders first joined Hato Hone St John as a volunteer at Tauranga Station in 1990 before progressing to paid employment in 1991 and the qualification of Intensive Care Paramedic in 1994. 

Jeremy was appointed to his first supervisory management position as Tauranga Station Manager  in 1993, became Area Manager for the Western Bay of Plenty in 1997 and was appointed to his current role of District Operations Manager Bay of Plenty in 2007.
