Integrated Business Plan - Our plan for the future
Why Fit for the Future?
Many of you, along with our communities, have said we need to simplify and improve the way we work together so we can make things better.
- We need to be more customer focussed
- We need to better empower our staff and volunteers
- We need to be much easier to deal with both internally and externally
We are investing more, not less, in our communities to ensure we can support them over the next 10-20 years. With the speed of technology changes, community health and healthcare delivery will look quite different in the future and we need to be ready and prepared. We need to work together and build on what we have already accomplished.

It identifies our priorities and where we need to place our focus, with videos from ELT and more. Having a plan for the future helps us prioritise what we do and makes sure that we’re providing services that have a real impact on improving New Zealanders health and wellbeing.
