Tracy joined St John as a cadet. Having progressed through the Youth programme, Tracy is a Grand Prior Cadet. She has volunteered for St John in various roles, including Events, Ambulance Operations, District Youth Manager, National Youth Portfolio Roles and Area Committee member, where she is currently the Chair for Nelson and Tasman Bays Area Committee.

Tracy is married to Darren and has 2 adult sons who are both Grand Prior Cadets, and a 10-year-old daughter.  She works as an Admin Manager at a Cleaning Supply Company in Nelson.
