Heartbeat is Hato Hone St John’s response to your feedback - you said we needed to fix the old, outdated Hub and replace it with an accessible and user-friendly platform. With the help of a business user group made up of representatives from across our organisation, we now have an intranet where you can be informed, connected with one another, and find everything you need.

Over recent years, the role of area committees has changed from a strong focus on supporting our ambulance service ?to focussing more on the broader context of community health.
