Kate is a senior health sector leader with experience across clinical operations and health system performance in Australia and New Zealand.
Kate has held executive and national leadership roles spanning hospital and community services, digital health, and health system analytics, with a strong focus on improving service delivery, strengthening cross-sector relationships, and enabling data-driven decision-making. Her background includes clinical and operational leadership in Older Persons Health and Rehabilitation services, as well as executive responsibility for client engagement and growth across complex health systems.
Kate's governance experience includes her current role as Director of Brackenridge Services Limited, an organisation providing mana-enhancing support to people living with intellectual disability and autism across the Canterbury region.
Kate is a Member of the Institute of Directors NZ and holds an MBA, Bachelor of Nursing and Post Graduate Diploma in Health Sciences. She is committed to supporting Hato Hone St John's strategic direction and ensuring it continues to deliver high-quality, equitable care to the communities it serves.
