Shaun joined Priory Chapter in 2023. He is of Ngāpuhi descent.
He is the Chief Executive of Presbyterian Support Northern (PSN), a large not for profit provider of health & disability and social services. Leading 850 staff and well-known services such as Lifeline, Shine, Enliven and Family Works, he is driven to outwork his Christian faith by doing everything he possibly can to improve the lives of others.
Shaun has a strong track record of leadership in for-purpose organisations, including Presbyterian Support, Amnesty International Aotearoa New Zealand, New Zealand Red Cross, Scouts Aotearoa and Hato Hone St John. Shaun has previously been on the National Board of Girl Guiding NZ.
He is a Member of the CEO Institute and the Institute of Directors. He became an Officer of the Order of St John in 2014.
Shaun joined St John as a Youth Member at 10 years old and later achieved the Grand Prior’s Award. He credits St John with instilling values, skills and experience that have led him to where his career has taken him today. He is honoured to serve on Priory Chapter, to give back to the organisation that he cares deeply for.
