1. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the conditions of Sunrise Balloon Adventures Ltd.
2. The prize is two tickets to a hot air balloon ride with Sunrise Balloon Adventures based in Queenstown, the prize does not include travel and accommodation. The prize is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The winner will be responsible for complying with all T&Cs and policies of Sunrise Balloon Adventures necessary to redeem the prize and participate in the balloon ride. Blackout periods may apply.
3. Incomplete entries may not be accepted.
4. Hato Hone St John will not accept responsibility for any late, lost, misdirected or incorrectly completed entries. Entries will be deemed to be void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per individual.
6. The prize winner agrees to any photography or other publicity Hato Hone St John may reasonably request in conjunction with accepting and/or collecting the prize. The prize winner agrees that Hato Hone St John may use their name and/or image for all reasonable publicity associated with the competition. The prize winner agrees to make themselves available to Hato Hone St John for this purpose.
7. Only entries received between 10/07/2024 and 10/08/2024, using the promo code BALLOON and courses booked before 31/12/2024 will be accepted and entered into the prize draw.
8. The prize winner will be drawn randomly from one prize pool comprising all valid entries at the conclusion of the competition date and the prize winner will be notified via email or phone by a Hato Hone St John Representative.
9. If the prize winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, that winner will forfeit the prize with no right of compensation and the prize will be redrawn.
10. Hato Hone St John and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the receipt of, or use of, the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees of Hato Hone St John (including paid and unpaid staff, and their families) are not eligible to enter this promotion.
12. All decisions of Hato Hone St John in relation to this competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
