Q. How long have you been in this job?
A. I joined Hato Hone St John Bream Bay about 3 months ago.
Q. Why did you join?
A. I enjoy helping people and problem solving. I've been involved in surf lifesaving since 1987 and I spent 12 years working on rescue helicopters both in Whangarei and in Auckland.
Q. What do you like about this job?
A. I like the people I work with and I'm enjoying learning new lifesaving skills.
Q. What do you do outside of Hato Hone St John?
A. I'm a bit of a handyman. I'm married with two kids and coach the kids rugby team JB3 Midwestern.
Q.What are your hobbies?
A. I enjoy boating, fishing, diving and horse riding, hunting and shooting.
