Pauline Buchanan is District Operations Manager (DOM) for Southland Lakes, responsible for New Zealand's southern most ambulance services.

Pauline has been with Hato Hone St John for 40 years, starting her Hato Hone St John career as a Youth member.

Amongst other things, Pauline was Station Manager in Gore, before becoming the DOM for the former Southland district.
