Our tamariki (children) need guidance, encouragement and confidence. Through our mental wellbeing programme they’ll learn about their character strengths and how to use them to navigate challenges, build self-awareness, and strengthen self-esteem. They’re taught practical breathing and mindfulness techniques to find calm and focus, and they also explore what community wellbeing means and the positive role they can play in supporting others.
