Our resilience and response programmes – equipping young people with the skills to thrive.

Our Community Educators work with schools, alternative education providers and youth organisations to design programmes for rangatahi across New Zealand. Our programme can be delivered in one day 'Pathway to Potential' suitable for those in Year 7 and above, or as a four day programme 'Harnessing Potential' for rangatahi aged 14-25 years old.

 Supports growth and leadership

Provides rangatahi the skills and confidence to understand who they are, realise their leadership potential, and step up as leaders in their community.

Improves skills and understanding

Rangatahi learn skills in first aid and emergency response, building mental and physical resilience, understanding the Whare Tapa Whā wellbeing model, and developing leadership tools for positive relationships.

Helps with employment

Participants develop skills in first aid, communication, teamwork, leadership, commitment, and confidence. These help rangatahi articulate their strengths and support future employment.

Harnessing Potential
