Almost seven New Zealanders a day are treated for cardiac arrest by ambulance crews - at work, in the community or at home. Yet only six per cent are treated with a defibrillator before the ambulance arrives. Those who have more than double the odds of survival.

What it costs

• Prices shown excluding and including GST. Delivery to you is included; return shipping is at your cost.
• Minimum charge is one month, however long you need it for.
• Want an ongoing subscription rather than a fixed rental period? It's not available yet, but we're actively looking at it

Before you rent

The defibrillator remains the property of Hato Hone St John throughout the rental period. You'll need to keep it safe, follow the operating instructions, let us know straight away if it's damaged or appears damaged, and return it at the end of the rental.
