Requesting access for the purposes of research and/or data extracts

  1. First Point of Call: If you're interested in conducting a postgraduate research project through AUT or pursuing an external research project, please email your request to dataandresearchrequests@stjohn.org.nz. We kindly ask that you do not contact individual staff members directly.
  2. Endorsement: All internal and external research requests involving HHStJ data or staff must be endorsed by the Data Request and Localities Review Group, acting on behalf of the organisation.
  3. Respecting Our Patients and Staff: We place the highest importance on patient privacy and staff wellbeing. Every research request is carefully reviewed to ensure it aligns with our values and adheres to our policies.
