Hato Hone St John supports Healthline by promoting the service through our ambulance crews, at events, during first aid courses and via our medical alarm service.

Expert health advice
Healthline is staffed by registered nurses who are trained to assess health problems and offer advice over the phone. The service is free and confidential.

Who can use Healthline?
You can call Healthline if you’re feeling unwell, or if you need advice to help a family member or friend who’s sick. You can also call the service if you’re on holiday and want to know where to find the nearest doctor or pharmacy.

For medical emergencies, dial 111
Healthline complements our ambulance services, because it provides advice for people who are mildly to moderately unwell. If the health problem is urgent or life-threatening, you should call St John ambulance Service on 111.
