Help save sight, and change lives.

The St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group provides expert eye care to people in the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem. To keep providing sight-saving surgeries, the hospital urgently needs your support.

Ne’ma was still a baby when doctors noticed she was losing her sight.

At two months old, she had her first operation for cataracts. She needed eight more years of treatment at the St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital before having a final surgery to implant an artificial lens in her eye.

Without it, Ne’ma would have faced a lifetime of blindness.

Today the St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group provides sight-saving care to 135,000 people like Ne’ma every year.

They’re the only charitable provider of expert eye care in the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem. Patients like Ne’ma are treated regardless of their ethnicity, religion or ability to pay.

The hospital is also an important part of St John history. It was established 140 years ago – and built in the same place where the Order of St John was founded nearly 1,000 years before.

To continue their sight-saving work, the St John of Jerusalem Eye Hospital Group urgently needs your support. Will you please make a donation today?
