We’re excited to let you know that you can now sign up to a new St John e-account online.

With a St John e-account, it's easy to manage your First Aid Training including changing booking dates, locations and attendees without having to call our contact centre.

Signing up to get your e-account is separate to the customised booking link or promo code that you may currently use. Your new e-account contains all the functions of the customised booking link or promo code and more, including the ability to:

  • Book on-account courses online without needing the help of our contact centre
  • Change booked course locations and attendees online yourself up to 24 hours before the course begins, at no cost
  • Automatically receive eligible discounts linked to your organisation without needing to use the customised booking link or promo code

With an e-account you’ll also get the benefit of new features that will be added over the coming months, including the ability to check the attendance and competence of your staff, download reports, and get copies of invoices and certificates.

Do I need to sign up for a new e-account?

Signing up is optional: You can still continue using your customised booking link or promo code which will stay the same, so you will be able to carry on making bookings online.

However, if you would like to make any changes, you will have to call our support centre, and will not have the ability to self-manage your bookings or take advantage of any of the new features that we will be launching.

Can my organisation's staff sign up even though we have a customised booking link?

Your organisation’s staff can still sign up for personal e-accounts. If they would like to be set up with purchase authority for your organisation, you or the staff will need to contact us for authorization.

Can I continue to use my customised booking link?

Yes, the functions of the customised booking link will remain the same.

Can I continue to use my promo code?

Yes, the functions of the promo code will remain the same.

What are the benefits of signing up?
