Keep your employees safe with first aid training from us, while meeting the physical and mental health and safety requirements for your workplace.

We are the leading providers of first aid training in Aotearoa New Zealand. It is one of the ways we make life-changing differences with our communities and help achieve better physical and mental health and wellbeing for all.

We can help you check what the first aid training obligations are for your workplace. From there you can book a training course with us or access the first aid equipment you need to have at hand in your workplace.

Explore first aid requirements for your workplace

In Aotearoa New Zealand, workplaces must make sure their employees have access to first aid equipment and facilities, as well as people who are trained in first aid. People must be protected from mental as well as physical workplace health and safety risks. You’ll also need someone who regularly reviews your first aid arrangements to make sure they’re still working well for your workplace.

Mahi Haumaru Aotearoa (WorkSafe New Zealand)
is the country’s workplace health and safety regulator, and getting familiar with their requirements is a great place to start.

The WorkSafe first aid guide has more great information, as well as a risk assessment tool to help you understand what your workplace needs – like how many trained first aiders, or what equipment.
