HATO HONE ST JOHN NAMED ONE OF NEW ZEALAND'S MOST TRUSTED CHARITIES

AMY NOLA |

Hato Hone St John has once again been recognised as one of New Zealand’s Most Trusted Charities, earning the accolade for the 13th time in the Reader’s Digest annual Trusted Brands Awards.

Chief Executive Peter Bradley says the recognition is an honour and reflects the confidence New Zealanders place in Hato Hone St John when they need help most.

“It is a privilege to be recognised by New Zealanders who look to Hato Hone St John in their time of need. Whether we are responding to an ambulance callout or supporting people through one of our community health programmes and services, our role is to ensure every person we connect with knows that we are there for them - whenever and wherever they need us,” says Mr Bradley.

“Being named one of the Most Trusted Charities shows that we are doing the right thing for our communities. When people think of Hato Hone St John, we want them to think of an organisation that not only provides the best emergency ambulance care, but also strong preventative healthcare options that help people live well.”

Mr Bradley says the recognition belongs to the organisation’s people - both staff and volunteers - whose commitment and compassion underpin the public’s trust. “Our people are the heart and soul of Hato Hone St John. Every day, they go above and beyond to make lifesaving differences in our communities. They are the reason New Zealanders continue to place their trust in us.”
